The component examples expose labels, disabled states, errors, and keyboard interactions. An accessible name tells assistive technology what a control does. ARIA attributes describe control semantics. They do not establish compliance by themselves.

Keyboard review

Use Tab and Shift+Tab to move between controls. Use Enter or Space to activate a button. Use arrow keys to change a radio selection or range value. In a sortable list, press Space on a handle, use arrow keys, then press Space to drop. Press Escape to cancel a move or close a dialog.

For a dialog, make sure that focus enters it, stays inside it, and returns to its opener. For a table, make sure that a sort changes row order and that keyboard users can activate rows.

Application responsibilities

Provide labels for controls and text equivalents for charts. Keep focus visible in every custom palette. Associate hints and errors with their fields. Test reduced motion, screen readers, zoom, and custom theme contrast.

An axe scan finds common accessibility defects automatically. It does not replace a manual review of keyboard and assistive technology behavior. The component guide describes each contract.
